Payment Options
At the moment we are not able to take credit/debit card payments through the website but if you would like to contact me then this can be done over the telephone.

If you would rather pay by cheque or bank transfer then contact me and I will arrange this directly with you.

Shipping
I make every effort to despatch your order as soon as possible – usually within 2 working days.

The charge for postage and packing is £2.95 for UK customers and £4.95 for overseas orders. If you would like your order to be sent via Registered Post or Special Delivery then please contact me as there will be an extra cost.

Returns
I am happy to provide a full refund for any jewellery purchased, subject to notification of the return been received by me within 7 days from the date of dispatch. Jewellery must be returned immediately and should reach me within 7 days from the notification date requesting the return.

I am unable to accept returns of any item that has been worn or damaged and cannot accept returns on earrings for hygienic reasons.

I cannot accept responsibility for return postage fees, or any items lost or stolen in transit while on their return. If you are concerned, then I would recommend that you use an insured and secure, recorded delivery service which requires a signature for your own protection.

Any sales tax or duties payable on orders outside the United Kingdom are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded. In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method paid within 28 days of receipt of the return.

Guarantee
All gemstone jewellery has a 1 year manufacturing guarantee. Repairs will be accepted free of charge if there is clearly a manufacturing fault within a 12 month period from the date on the sales receipt. Any repairs outside the 1 year guarantee will be charged a fee, price dependant on the work needed.

Your guarantee is invalidated if care instructions have not been followed, if jewellery shows obvious signs of abuse or if jewellery has been clearly tampered with.

To arrange a repair, please notify us directly and we will then advise how to proceed.
